Hotel Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a sales support role focused on driving revenue, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring exceptional coordination across departments at The View Hotel, a Trademark by Wyndham located in Orlando, FL, 150 rooms.
The ideal candidate is organized, service-minded, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Position Overview
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.
- Assist with preparing proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reports for prospective and current clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, bookings, and group business in the appropriate systems.
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and event details with internal departments.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing helpful information about offerings and services.
- Follow up on leads and support the conversion of inquiries into confirmed business.
- Communicate client needs and event details clearly to operations, revenue, and service teams.
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, marketing materials, and promotional documents.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure all required information is completed accurately and on time.
- Provide support for special projects, sales initiatives, and seasonal campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
